One of the things I love about Ramadan in the Middle East is how everything become so traditional seemingly overnight. Shops adorn their walls with lanterns and stars, red streamers hanging from the rafters…
But I’d be lying if I didn’t say that the one thing I love more than the decorations and lugamait is the Ramadan fashion. Colorful, embroidered house dresses can be spotted everywhere. In addition to being cute, they are so comfortable. Plus, you can eat as much as you want while wearing them.
If you want to buy traditional dresses, I really recommend going to Al Haram shops. You can view their website here. It would also be worthwhile to visit a traditional souk, such as Souk AlTaibah or Hijabi Souk in Riyadh.
