Having a toddler that is obsessed with “Baby Shark,”we never pass up a chance to visit an aquarium. So naturally we had to visit the Fakieh Aquarium in Jeddah when we visited.

If you have ever been to Jeddah, you know the weather can be a bit miserable. Yes, it is as hot as Riyadh, but it is also incredibly humid. Not only are you suffering with the heat, you are always wet and sticky from the intense humidity. The aquarium was nice and cool, a good escape from the extreme weather.

The aquarium has all types of animals and fish- sharks, seahorses, turtles, even penguins. Ticket prices start at 55 SAR, but it will cost more if you want to add on extras, like seeing dolphin shows. If you  were interested in booking a trip to the  aquarium, click here for more info.
